Taco Chicken

Here is an easy recipe to get us started. I love the crock pot, and I can whip this up in just a few minutes and let it cook! It is also very yummy.

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 c sour cream or fat free plain yogurt
hot cooked egg noodles or rice

Place chicken in crock pot. In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and taco seasoning mix. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken. Add sour cream and mix into sauce. Shred chicken and return to sauce. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
