Poppy Seed Chicken

2 lbs. cooked chicken
1 can cr. of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted (or softened) butter
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers

Mix all but 1/4 sleeve of the Ritz and place in a 9x13 dish. Sprinkle remaining crackers over the top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
