Potato Hamburger Casserole

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 family size can of Vegetable Beef Soup
1 family size can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 large potatoes

Cook, chop and season to taste ground beef
Peal and thinly slice potatoes. (It helps if you have a slicer)
Put two layers of everything in a 9x13 pan
Layer half the potatoes, then add half of each can of soup and half the hamburger, do the same with the next layer.

Bake for 2 - 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
