Chicken Waldorf Salad

Grilled or Broiled Chicken Breast Sliced or Chopped (Amount will vary depending on number of servings usually 1 Breast per person)
2 Hearts of Romaine Lettuce chopped
Red Grapes Sliced in two
2-3 Stalks of celery chopped
1 5oz container of Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese
1 cup of Candied Walnuts or Pecans
1 red onion slices (optional)

Toss together and top with Blue Cheese Dressing
